Founder and CEO with deep payroll and recruitment-sector knowledge. Terry combines day-to-day contractor involvement with strategic relationships across the recruitment industry, with a strong focus on compliance and client service.

Michael joined People Group in 2016 after a long management and logistics career with Tesco. He is a people person who helps bring departments together and supports commercial and agency relationships.

Jo joined People Group after 13 years at Virgin Media and earlier work in a school environment. Her client-facing experience is central to helping contractors with practical questions and everyday support.

Part of the business from its early days, Karen has remained focused on service and client support through major industry change. She is a people-focused member of the Client Care team and a long-standing point of contact for clients.

Kim joined People Group in 2011 after operational and customer-facing roles, including Vodafone. She brings hands-on service experience to supporting contractors and clients.

Mark brings more than 30 years of experience as a specialist employment and commercial litigation solicitor. He helps keep the business legally current, compliant and commercially focused.

Lucie joined People Group Services in 2014 and progressed from finance administration into compliance leadership. She is ACCA qualified and supports both financial controls and the compliance function.

Samantha joined the business in 2015 and is known for keeping day-to-day operations organised and moving. She supports HR activity alongside Sarah and brings an efficient, upbeat approach to the wider team.

Martin has been with the company from its early days after a long banking career. He leads payroll with a strong emphasis on timely, accurate payments and dependable service to agencies and contractors.

Matthew first joined on work experience in 2007 and became one of the business’s early employees. He progressed to Payroll Manager and helps keep the department running efficiently and accurately.

Stephen joined from Barclays and developed his career in payroll. He is known for a thorough, organised approach and supports the reliable payroll service provided to contractors and agencies.

David is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of experience spanning change management and business development. As CFO, he brings that experience to finance, reporting and commercial decision-making.

Russell joined People Group Services in 2013 after 11 years with an accountancy firm. His work includes management accounts, audits, VAT and banking duties across the group.

Sarah is HR Director and looks after the people who make up People Group Services. She brings a practical, people-first approach to supporting the team and the employment processes behind the business.

Derren leads system development and IT. His coding and systems experience helps keep People Group products reliable while continuing to evolve them in line with changing operational and legislative needs.
